TimeTree Help

Can I Sync TimeTree with other calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook etc.)?

Although you cannot sync at this time, you can do a few other things that will help you use TimeTree with other calendars.

TimeTree works with Google/Apple/Outlook calendars (OS calendars).

To integrate OS calendars with TimeTree, refer to the options below.

1:Subscribe to one or more calendars in TimeTree:Google/Apple/Outlook Calendars

TimeTree has a section to display multiple calendars including OS calendars named "My schedule".  For more about "My schedule", Click here

The following shared features will not be available to your OS calendars.

  • Calendar sharing
  • Assigning appointments to members

You can only view and edit the OS calendar appointments on 'My schedule ' .

Any time the OS calendars is updated, the changes will automatically be reflected on "My schedule" in TimeTree.

Any changes you make in "My schedule"  to the OS calendar appointments will update the OS calendar(s).

2: Copy and Share appointments from Google/Apple/Outlook calendar to TimeTree.

This is a way to import your appointments from OS calendar to TimeTree so that  you/members can view and edit them in TimeTree.

To keep the copied calendar up-to-date, copy again in TimeTree.

This is a one-way sync --- from Google/Apple/Outlook to TimTree  ---

Changes made in TimeTree to the copied events won’t update the OS calendar.
