In TimeTree, there are the ‘Monthly’, ‘Weekly’, ‘List’ and ‘Keep’ tabs.
This tab shows your appointments by month. You can look at past and future months by swiping left and right. If you click on the ‘Monthly’ button again, it will return to the current month.
The ‘Monthly’ view is good for a general view of your schedule. You can anticipate upcoming appointments and adjust future plans based on how busy (or free) you are.
"Weekly view" will appear with a long press of "Monthly " tab.
The ‘Weekly’ tab displays your schedule by week. As with the ‘Monthly’ tab, swiping left and right allows you to access past and future weeks. If you click on the ‘Weekly’ button, it returns you to the current week. We recommend the ‘Weekly’ view to plan for your most immediate priorities.
"Summary view" will appear with a long press of "Monthly " tab.
In this tab, all events from all calendars are automatically listed in chronological order. The ‘Summary tab is especially useful for searching for events created or edited by other users of the shared calendar.
In TimeTree, you can save notes or tentative events with the keep function. All your keep memos can be found under this tab. Simply create an event as usual, then select ‘Keep without a date’ to save as a memo instead of an event.
Feed is useful for finding new changes or comments on events. If a member of the calendar edits or comments on an event, there will be an ‘N’ mark on the side menu and on the event. They are arranged from most to least recently changed.

As you get used to TimeTree, you can color-code your events. Rename the labels to anything you like! The calendar below has ‘school’, ‘work’, ‘health’, ‘socializing’, ‘dates’, etc. TimeTree auto generates a pie chart of how you are spending your time if you click on the name of the calendar in ‘Monthly’ view. For example, if your goal is to exercise more, then you would try to increase percentage of time spent on “health”. Neat, eh? You can also share your graph with others.
